What is Angels Have Attitude's mission? 

I'm glad you asked! The Angels Have Attitude mission is to accentuate the natural born beauty of all babes shopping with us, provide high-quality products, a safe and secure shopping experience, build trust with new and returning customers everyday, promote self love and individuality, and build long lasting relationships with new and returning customers.

Are you still in business during COVID19? 

Yes! Angels Have Attitude is legalized and has been registered and approved by the state of Maryland. All products held at the residential location are sanitized on a daily basis as well as the area they are kept in. 

When will my order be shipped out? 

Please allow one business day for your order to be processed! If you are having any trouble with your order please contact us by email: AngelsHaveAttitude@gmail.com

Do you ship internationally? 

We offer international shipping to Australia, Canada and United Kingdom. Please visit our Shipping Policy page located in the menu at the bottom of our website to view delivery times and other information regarding international orders! 

How long does standard shipping usually take? 

Shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on where you are located. If your order has not arrived after 7 business days and you are located in the U.S. please contact us so we can help you with the next steps of receiving your purchase. 

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

NO, as of right now we are not accepting exchanges or returns DUE TO COVID19 / Delta Variant. We want you all to stay safe and healthy. ALL orders are final sale. 

What happens if my package is lost stolen or damaged during transit?

Angels Have Attitude is NOT responsible for any mistakes made by the postal service. We are not to be held accountable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. We encourage our customers to pay for Route Shipping Insurance (offered at checkout), this will amount to 1% of your total purchase cost and allow us to replace your order if lost, broken or stolen. 

What if the wrong item was delivered to me?

In a RARE event of this happening please email Angels Have Attitude with documentation of your order and the products you did receive. We will then ask you to send back the products you have in exchange for the correct items. Angels Have Attitude will not resell returned items! There are no refunds or exchanges due to COVID19. 

Is Angels Have Attitude trustworthy and reliable? 

Yes, we are legalized in the state of Maryland! Alexandra is always available to talk and would be happy to reassure you that making a purchase with Angels Have Attitude is completely safe and trustworthy. 

Why was my package sent back?

Your package could be sent back due to an insufficient address. Angels Have Attitude provides a drop down menu (while typing in your address at checkout) to make sure your order is going to the right location. If Angels Have Attitude gets notified of an insufficient address before we ship, we will reach out to you with the information you have provided us to ensure a quick and easy delivery. PLEASE be sure to add any extra elements to your address (house/apt/unit/etc.). 

What will happen if I have provided an insufficient address? 

If you have provided Angels Have Attitude with an insufficient address and your order is returned to our location you will be refunded for the PRODUCTS ONLY. Shipping will not be included in your refund. Please be sure to provide the correct address with all extra elements as necessary (P.O. Box, Apt #, etc). After being refunded you may place another order with your updated address and we will ship the products back out. 


Angels Have Attitude is NOT responsible for any injuries/allergies.

Our ingredient list is placed on our lipgloss and written in the description. Please be sure to read the description of each product before making a purchase. ALL products are made in a sanitized and clean area. Our area for inventory/ packaging purposes is cleaned on a daily basis to ensure your safety when receiving the product. Our CEO wears gloves while fulfilling orders.
