 Angels Have Attitude wants to protect anyone who purchases from our store. To ensure safety and health for everyone it is best for Angels Have Attitude to decline any exchanges/returns at this time. 

Angels Have Attitude uses Route. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Add Route to your cart at checkout to enable protection. Angels Have Attitude is NOT responsible for any packages that are lost, broken, or stolen during the shipment process after we drop your package off to USPS. 

If your package was not delivered you are expected to reach out immediately. Our customer's emails are tracked by our system and we are aware of when you receive confirmations about your delivery. Do not hesitate to reach out so we can document and investigate the issue.
